Cyber School from a Student's perspective

Recently I enrolled into K12 as cyber charter school. A though it is only my sixth day in it I have a lot to say.
I use to go to a normal public school for all of k-9th and half  of my 10th grade year. But in my 10th grade year I realized public school was causing me to have depression basically to the point where I did anything to be sick or stay home. I hated it their. I was never someone who was very social maybe that would be the case. But everyone there made fun off other who they thought didn't look like them or weren't like them. There also seemed to be the fact where if you weren't any type of Spanish or didn't act like you were Spanish you would be made fun of or referred to as the white kid. Going to a public school can destroy self-esteem and your right to free expression. If you freely express your self in a way others don't like your days at school are filled with name calling and by the time you get home you feel like shit, worthless, hideous, and unwanted. Though some of the people you meet while in school can create memories you'll cherish for ever. If you can blend in and act the way everyone else does you can run into only a few names and people that don't like you. Dress the way you feel comfortable and expresses a style that isn't "In" and BAM the names swarm you.
Any way leaving my experiences of high school with the note: If your more of the social type who moves with trends  high school maybe more for you. Though all the time you waste in between classes, bus rides, locker time, and study hall you could be getting more out of a education!

CYBER school skips all that extra time so you can get more done have more time to focus on subjects you aren't doing well on. They also offer more of a teacher student relationship and teacher are THERE for you supporting you and if you need help call them, message them, they will help you until you get it. Cyber school can make your worst subject you best! You work at your own paste too. So if you are good at history you can finish that subject early and either work ahead or more onto your next subject. They also work with your schedule so if you have to work or have a kid the are flexible based on your off time as long as you can attend class everyday and finish your work you have til 12am. They have live session which is a virtual classroom with a bored and instead of seeing people you see a bored a chat room list of people in the room and it is a lot of fun.
They also like a public school have social events; prom, days out, cyber cafe, activities. Field trips, it's really amazing. They offer alot of classes, send you a lot of the items or supplies you need everything.
Since I came in late I have only one class until Jan. but the class I am taking preps you for college. How?
The course offers PERSONALITY QUIZZES to find out what possible careers you maybe interested in.
Lessons on how to write a COLLEGE ESSAY describing WHO YOU ARE and What your SKILLS, STRENGTHS, and WEAKNESS are. Also they offer more help finding and getting into a college with more support then a high school. I would have to say from my persective cyber school is amazing. Maybe it's because I'm a loner. Or I wanted more of a challenge, maybe even I wanted to stop wasting time and learn how I NEED to learn. And if you attended all your live lessons and completed your work for today and it's only 1pm. YOUR DONE FOR THE DAY. :)
I wake up at 10am. And get this one class done by 11am. so from 11am to 10pm or 11pm. All that time is mine.
