In skyrim there are a lot more things available to do such as guilds. Typically when I played Oblivion I saved the main quest for last and did one guild at a time. And recently I have begun playing skyrim again. I left off the listener or speaker of the Dark brotherhood, and have just joined the thieves guild. Meanwhile on the main quest I am at the part where I should go find a horn or whatever...(but I will do that later.)
Let's talk Dark Brotherhood.
The quests were interesting and had that shocking twists(SPOILER) when your own "sister" betrays you and turns you in. The beginning of the dark brotherhood was thrilling. Being captured and forced to kill one of the tied up people. This is definitively the best guild so far. And with the return of the horse Shadowmare from the past game Oblivion it made a whole lot of difference to a returning player. As we all know Shadowmare was by far the best horse in the game. The outfits were a big improvement. And the Jester freak was a nice touch. Though I couldn't bare were that dreadful out fit of his(went all girl there). The return of the weapon "Blade of Woe" was another nice touch. As for the people in the dark brother hood I really only liked the little vampire girl.
Yet the guild it's self and return of the night mother were very cool.
Now. Let's speak about the Thieves guild.
So far I just began and the missions aren't that thrilling. But they do offer a wide range of side missions you can do based on what you would prefer doing. The people in the guild are very like able. And the guild it's self is tasteful. Here is were things went wrong. The outfits of both guild look identical just one is blackish and red while the other is a tan. Next thing would have to be the bitch you work for. Yes I said it.
Then the entrance of the thieves guild is MUCH to dark and spooky it would have been a better entrance for the whole dark brother hood theme. A coffin for thieves?? No.

My video is short and is tells of these differences between guilds and similarities. I will be making a new one dedicated to the Dark Brotherhood and one for the Thieves guild shortly. The one for the thieves guild will not be until I actually beat the missions.
